Ideas are in motion
After taking time to understand where the company is looking to make changes and improve areas, we take all we have learned and start thinking creatively about how we can solve the businesses specific needs.
We share our ideas with you and talk you through the approach we want to take.

Training
At this stage, solution planning and design begins.
All content can be produced for face-to-face, remote or a blended delivery. Our aim is to futureproof content so that clients can continue to use the programme without serious revisions.
04
Implementation
We roll out a phased delivery of content to learner groups with ongoing review. Learner feedback is collected every session and collated for reporting to stakeholders using agreed timescales and format.
05
Support
A trusted partner for you and your business
Each programme is assigned an Account Manager and a Lead Facilitator from Penguin Learning to provide ongoing support and a point of contact for any additional design or amendments.
Content will be continuously reviewed in an agreed timescale to ensure the content is still fit for purpose and delivering the project outcomes.
We believe in the power of a strong business relationship and years-long collaboration. Success is not a 1-day phenomenon, it takes time and joint effort.
What we believe at Penguin
Our delivery
We create our programmes specifically for each client to ensure they fit their unique setting and objectives.
This is reflected in how we work with our clients - we take the time to understand each context, we design training that fits with the business aims and we give space for review before the full programme begins.
Our facilitators deliver training sessions through online webinars, classroom delivery and conferences - adapting their delivery style to the needs of learners.
We make our sessions collaborative and engaging, allowing participants to explore how they can overcome challenges in real working life.
Before training, we give learners tools to help them begin engaging with the process. After the training, we also use tools that support them to embed the content and continue their learning.
Our learning materials include formats such as digital workbooks, Prezi presentations and Articulate E-Learning, as an alternative to traditional heavy PowerPoint presentations and printed workbooks.
